Majority of North American Arts and Culture Organizations Push Return to In-Person Performances to Autumn 2021

January Study Reveals Alternative Venue Plans, Need for Digital Content Revenue Strategy

U.S. arts and culture leaders are taking a pragmatic approach to planning live, in-person performances in their primary performance venues as only 42% of U.S. organizations anticipate performing in primary venues before July 2021, according to TRG Arts' new study.

55% of Canadian organizations surveyed plan in-person performances in their primary venues prior to July.

The study, "Arts and Culture Comeback Planning: January 2021,” is the fourth in a series of studies on the plans of arts and culture organizations in the U.S. and Canada since the COVID-19 pandemic.
