  • Review annual fund collateral against best practices
  • Gain an understanding of best practice data-driven reporting and analysis tools
In advance, TRG will review your historic annual fund campaign and donor trends. TRG will begin data collection approximately eight weeks prior to your session and incorporate your trends into the Summit’s curriculum.

Following the Summit, TRG’s consulting team will meet with you virtually for a one-hour direct consulting session to review your annual fund campaign plans and drafted collateral.
